Exchange policy

At Falke, customer satisfaction is the guiding principle of all our activities – timeless design and quality are of paramount importance.

We will happily provide you with an exchange or credit note on any change of mind items provided they are returned to us within 14 of receipt in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused and with original tags attached.

Please choose carefully as we do not provide an exchange or credit note on hosiery or sale items unless they are deemed to be faulty.  We ask that you retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

For our Melbourne customers, you may choose to either return your items directly to us in store or send to us via post.  For our interstate customers, please send your items together with a copy of your receipt either via registered mail or express post addressed to:
